About Us

Anzen is a Japanese word denoting Security and Preservation. Our logo and brand name also symbolizes our mission and brand values as a company.

Our logo is denoted by the letter ‘A’ for our Advisory Services, integrated with a Japanese Sika Deer, known for its Adaptability and Communication & Leaves which represent Reliability and Trust.

We are deeply influenced by the Japanese concept of Ikigai. Combining the Japanese words ‘iki’, meaning life and ‘gai’, meaning value or worth, Ikigai is all about finding joy in life through purpose. This concept has helped us frame our brand and values.

Arpan Batra

Founder

Arpan has over 13 years of retail asset experience in the credit and risk functions in mortgages, home loans, sales finance and credit cards with financial institutions like GE and Citi Group. She has experience in the credit and risk functions across the North and South regions of India. Her exposure in the mortgage industry created a further interest in the real estate market in Bangalore and she has been a real estate consultant for over 4 years before forming Anzen Spaces.
